I didn't have a whole lot of in-depth interaction with Hannibal, but I'm really glad for the fact that so many people just COULD NOT BELIEVE (icly) that he was a cannibal because he was a doctor and he saved lives and he was so polite and-- it just made the actual reveal that much more hilarious to me. You were so good at balancing intricacies and subtleties and I kept finding myself astounded by just how beautifully you handled him and his insanity while building up the trust of the people around him. It was all so good and you are lovely.
Okay, so we didn't actually have CR beyond a couple of threads, but holy shit?? Hannibal was amazing. I'M SO GLAD FOR THIS POLITE VORE MAN and all his petty bullshit. The fact that he really didn't go after the bounties, but still fucked with people in his own way was amazing. Watching people pick apart the dissonance of how he presents himself and how he really is was so much fun, and just how he handled everything.
I'm still laughing about his polite "no" and I got my fair share of amusement out of him sending a letter to Noct as well that ended up being So Polite and unassuming when he already knew better that what he was reading was questionable at best.
Really, he was just great and reading his threads and all his letters has been enjoyable in the worst way. BEST/WORST DEPUTY tbh, I'm so glad for it all.
BUT MAN HANNIBAL WAS AMAZING....okay real talk, towards the end of the game when I'd finally (behind everyone else) realized that Hannibal was the Deputy and Damian was the Bounty Leader
And you and Anna were just

Just imagine me holding my head in my hands like god damn you guys because of course you two were, and that about sums up my experiences of murdergaming with Christy and Anna.
ANYWAY Hannibal was perfect. I think Squee dragged me through....twoooo seasons of the show before I died over the gore and bodies and suffering, and he was 100% perfect in every single way. One of the things I love about how you tackle characters is that you embrace every last aspect of them--the good and the bad and the suave and the fucking embarrassing love letters--and because of that, they always come across as exactly as they should. Hannibal was so real--a real human being and a perfect facade and everything that he was--and it's no wonder that everyone icly trusted him so much. And I think that only could've been accomplished by a player like you.
SO BASICALLY Christy was amazing as ever, and I'm looking forward to our next murdergame shenanigans, because they promise to be utterly ridiculous just like these ones, and I always know that everything you bring to the table is going to be fantastic.

BUT SERIOUSLY, I can't get over how perfect Hannibal fit into this game. He was such a perfect Deputy? I read all of his threads in the Deputy role post and everything was just. So good??? And the way you played him in the game was so good as well?? Because we all OOCly knew exactly what kind of person Hannibal Lecter was AND YET for several weeks no one ICly knew!! And during those weeks he made himself both trusted and indispensable until all of his bridges burned at the very end, and I feel like. Pulling off an arc like that in a game with a villain like Hannibal is super difficult. And yet you did it flawlessly! I really think your level of talent in writing and rping should be commended for that!
I enjoyed every single Hannibal thread I had, and I loved reading his threads with others (especially Will and Natalie). I really commend you for playing such a difficult character so well in this setting! And fwiw I will never not cracking up at "no" in Hannibal's super extra handwriting and the passive aggressive letters he sent out right before his death.
I HOPE WE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO THREAD AGAIN IN THE FUTURE thanks so much for being a part of my first murder game experience!
i didn't get to play with you a lot but watching hannibal has just been such a wild ride? i honestly spent the entire time genuinely wondering whether or not people were gonna find out about the cannibal thing or if everyone would be oblivious the whole time but nOPE. IT GOT REVEALED IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE??
