Lust honestly doesn't know what to think about her, but she was touched with Yuna taking an interest in her and trying to help her out. Even if it was such an arguably small thing, to Lust, who's only ever had any sort of relationships that involve using or being used, it was a big thing. Yuna was just so earnest and happy and cared about Lust's interests and thoughts.
Also Yuna's high spirits and determination not to let things get her down really struck a chord with Lust. This little human girl was stronger than her. Which was both a bit sobering but also kind of inspirational.
She's grown so fond of Yuna, and absolutely is going to keep in touch with her post game and send her all kinds of trinkets and pictures from Boston.
